Adv. Ori Primo is a leading partner at Hamburger Evron & Co., in the Litigation department.

Ori specializes in the field of commercial law, in its various aspects, and holds special expertise in disputes relating to real estate, commercial contracts and tenders, as well as representing clients in the field of Administrative Law.

Ori provides comprehensive legal counsel to some of Israel's leading real estate companies, including the Rubinstien Group (encompassing Ahuzot Rubinstein, Israel's leading retirement home chain), Kardan Real Estate, the Levinstein Group and Rotem Shani Ltd.

Ori leads these companies' legal team before various instances, including providing counsel in entrepreneur-contractor disputes, managing removal of trespassers and various right holders from compounds, disputes regarding NOP 38 and evacuation-building agreements (including handling dissenting tenants), complex contractual issues etc.

For many years, Ori has acted as counsel for Israel Railways in a number of complicated issues, mainly unique disputes regarding contractual, administrative and tender-related matters.

Ori has accumulated vast expertise and has built a steady reputation in these practice fields, reflected by significant legal achievements and legal precedents at court.

The variety of matters which Ori deals with, allows him and his team to provide clients with full, comprehensive legal service.

Prior to his admittance to the Israel Bar Association, Ori served as a parliamentary aid to MK Avraham Poraz, Israel's former Minister of the Interior, and among others, drafted bill proposals and petitions to Israel's High Court of Justice.

Ori lectures and chairs seminars and continued education programs on behalf of the Israel Bar Association.

Ori holds an LL.B (Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, 1998.
